Back 2 The Dipper “The Dipper” is a seasonal soft serve ice cream shop proudly serving the Silverton (Ohio) and surrounding communities. We are focused on providing delicious and affordable soft serve and other frozen treats in a community centered atmosphere during the spring and summer months. Even though the summer is short we want to create childhood memories that will last a lifetime. Hopefully, you will want to return “Back 2 The Dipper” over and over again.
